ABOUT US
Made by the Image of You Inc. is a 501(c)3 public benefit corporation based in Los Angeles County that is operated exclusively for educational purposes. We are an organization dedicated to cultivating the personal development of females of African descent ranging in age from 9 years to adult women. Our program provides an intensive study environment of philosophical and practical information provided through a variety of extensive workshops, seminars, and mini-courses that are structured to provide a holistic approach to self-awareness, that is designed to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit.

For the tenth year in a row, Made by the Image of You Inc., has successfully guided 38% of the seniors in its Core A.V.A.N.T.I. Program to not only graduate from high school, but also enroll in college, with some granted full or partial scholarships.
Girls who participate in A.V.A.N.T.I. develop vital communication skills, self-confidence, critical thinking skills, deeper academic engagement and enhanced creativity for a lifetime of increased opportunities.
Girls who have participated in the A.V.A.N.T.I. program display a greater ability to use critical thinking abilities when it comes to identifying predictive programing techniques that is used in various forms of mass media.
Paticipants and providers of A.V.A.N.T.I. programs repart high satisfaction with the program. When girls want to attend various programs and are engaged, program objectives are more easily achieved.
